Douglas Whyte was suspended for 7 meetings on a charge of improper riding at Sha Tin today.
Stewards opened the enquiry after Whyte forced a run on hot favourite Cool Swing soon after the home bend in race 5.
Whyte pleaded guilty. He will be back in time for the Jockeys' World Series at Happy Valley the Wednesday before the International meeting.
