Seems similar probs with Saudi game :) . HH, I think PD has a win limit of $150,000/bet which makes your 'across the board bet' tenuous. If he cuts you back, maybe not such a good bet ... :) .

Yes toerag...perhaps Hobbes may like to shorten the odds on Arabia or the draw.
The bank has ireland at 1.60 but it is a good price that may make the players a bit of money rather than just the bookies.

The limit was not mentioned when the odds were quoted and so cannot be assumed. If there's to be a loss limit, the books should explicitly state that when posting the odds.

It looks like Hobbes is the only bookie letting you back the dogs today.
Hobbes, I will have $10k on Saudi Arabia to win at $9.50. Plus I will have $5k on the draw between Saudi Arabia and Ireland at $5.

My markets are always first up, with a healthy 110% adavantage to me. So if arbritrage bets can occur I will cop the loss, as if other bookies make this occur they will chance the loss also.
I made the $150,000 a few days ago when funds were low. So to make it clear it is now $400,000.
Happy to lay the frogs all day.

Really p-off'd at the way the french were playing so checked the S/U score after the Danes scored again. 3-1 ... sweet. Found other things to do. Then again checked at fulltime ... still picking my jaw off the ground :) .

The world is so full of surprises. Who could have thought before the WC started that France would crash out of the WC without scoring a single goal in spite of the fact that they had top scorers from three of the four major European leagues: Henry in England, Trezeguet in Italy and Cisse in France. And the Belmont, a race that was analysed to death by the pundits, was won by a 70-1 shot. You do have to be a little bit crazy to be a gambler, don't you?

Mr Crappy ...the bank will accept your all up bets if you wish.
However these are the rules.
1 You must advise the bank about your prospective bet
2 You must include 1 leg of your all up with the worst price available on the match of your choice. ( you can take best prices about all the rest of the matches) Therefore if you decide to bet on the Germany vs England game, Poledancer has Germany at 1.20, Hobbes is 1.30 and Harry is 1.40 you have to choose the 1.20.
3 You must update them yourself on your personal settling sheet showing bet, return and profit.
4 You must update your settling balance on the betting sheet of the relevant day ( eg 10/6) as well as the above.
5 If bookies are willing to take your all ups then you are most welcome to bet with them also.
