I saw this French rider in action during the summer and he looks a potential star.

Soumillon is now fifth in the French jockeys' table (http://www.france-galop.com/stats/stat.htm) whereas Doleuze ranks only 15th. It'll be interesting to see how they fare in HK.

Soumillon strengthens association with Aga Khan

CHRISTOPHE SOUMILLON'S association with the Aga Khan has been strengthened with the news that the French-based rider is to partner some of the owner's horses trained by Sir Michael Stoute.
Soumillon, currently coming to the end of his first year as the Aga Khan's retained jockey in France, has been reappointed for at least a further two years in a deal which will also now incorporate a role for Soumillon as second jockey behind Johnny Murtagh on the owner's English string.
There has been speculation in France that Soumillon was being lined up to replace Olivier Peslier as Andre Fabre's stable jockey but the Aga Khan's official website confirmed the new deal, which also secures rides outside France on Alain de Royer Dupr?trained horses.
The 21-year-old rider's debut year in the Aga Khan's green and red silks has witnessed the pair combine to win the Group 1 Grand Prix de Paris with Khalkevi, while Soumillon recently steered smart two-year-old Dalakhani to land the Prix des Chenes.
Soumillon, who last week secured a contract to ride in Hong Kong this winter, has had just six rides in Britain over the past three seasons.

Masun you worry too much about table positions - they are not really a guide.
