View Full Version : TT & C+3
It's Triple Trio craze time again! What a coincidence that the races will be run on the infamous HV C+3 course. No doubt all the inside horses will be heavily supported.
Newspapers have devoted pages to TT strategy, TV special too! The whole situation is really quite comical because punters who might otherwise be looked down as inveterate gamblers have suddenly become horse racing experts and their advice actively sought by their non-punting friends. Perhaps the whole thing is a JC plot to make us punters feel good about ourselves?
Are we going to see another mysterious bettor who doesn't like collecting winning tickets?
what strategies do the newspapers suggest masun ??
hard to imagine the TT non collect repeating -- surely a once in a century type occurrence.
Have not paid much attention since I reckon most of those giving advice have not collected a jackpot themselves. Might as well get a computer ticket since the reason for a huge payout were often that the races were won by horses that no normal human punter would select.
No doubt all eyes will be on fig jam's performance tomorrow night. One dares not imagine what would happen should any horse lose a placing in any of the TT races due to his "cautiousness".

My guru told me this week I would surely win the big TT on Wednesday night - and have the only ticket. All I had to do was take the numbers that correspond with my family's birthdays...
Just my luck - I'm a bloody orphan.

I decided to spend $10 million on the world's most advanced computer form analysis for this TT.
All the information that you could possibly need was fed into a special computer at NASA for me this week.
A private jet flew in this morning with their findings - "Unity and Namjong Beauty are possible exclusions".
Monty, who needs computers when there are feng shui masters? Wanchai Wendy, all is not lost! According to Apple Daily's feng shui tipster:
Pre-race preparations: Pay a visit to the Che Kung Temple or Man Mo Temple
Hottest OBC locations: Chai Wan, Ngau Tau Kok, Kwun Tong, Tseung Kwan O
Best time to place your bets: Between 1:00-3:00 pm
Lucky colour: Green
Lucky punters: Those born in the year of the dragon, tiger or rabbit
and Namjong Beauty are possible exclusions
An inquiry into the reason for FAIR LADY, EXCELLENCE FOREVER and NAMJONG BEAUTY falling at about the 600 Metres was adjourned to a date to be fixed.
The computer was too right. Wonder if the horses survived the fall. Hope all the jocks are OK.

I did have a strong premonition that there was going to be a fall in that race..I was going to ring up my Feng Shui guru and let him know...but by that stage it was too late...we were already into the triple trio and I couldnt tell which horses ( though Fair Lady was there flashing away in my mind like a beacon)
It musty have been a bad Feng Shui night as there was a another fall in Macau.
In Macau jockey Shane Scriven has suffered cracked verterbrae after a fall last night. Scriven was riding Dr.Watson in the third of the night.
It was at first thought that Scriven had crushed verterbare but this has been revised according to trainer Barry Baldwin.
They are trying to get the Hong Kong specialist who dealt with Nathan Day to check Scriven over if they are unable to transfer him to the mainland hospital in Hong Kong.

...I got $30 worth of the TT last night - but think I'll not bother to collect it. ;)
