Although Noel Callow has injected some competition
in Malaysia's races, there are still plenty of no trying
jockeys blemishing the Malaysian races.

Some local jockeys find it more lucrative to pull
their horses and get paid by bookies - than winning a race.

I was informed that a couple of top Malaysian jockeys
are in cahood with bid bookie syndicates that are base
outside Malaysia.

Really? But I just know it is a joke in Malaysian Racing that there is no such free form guide and video to read, weird!

i think they have their own decision but to be fair what ever the contract before the race i think its better that both parties will follow it.
