Horse Racing Betting and Online Racebooks
Welcome to the definitive guide to online horse racing and horse betting. We have daily horse racing news feeds from around the globe, the best online racebooks for fast and reliable Internet wagering, and when there's a major horserace on the card we'll provide free handicapping information from the track experts.
Whether you are discovering the excitement and intensity of horse racing betting for the first time or you're a seasoned punter with multiple racebook accounts our aim is the same: to provide our visitors with an invaluable horseracing resource.
The beauty of horse racing is that there is gambling action 365 days of the year because this is a truly global sport. Whether it's the Kentucky Derby (http://www.racehorseowner.com/art/rho-kentucky-derby.html) (USA), the Epsom Derby (http://www.racehorseowner.com/art/rho-epsom-derby.html) (England), the Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe (http://www.racehorseowner.com/art/rho-prix-de-l%27arc-de-triomphe.html) (France), the Durban July Handicap (http://www.racehorseowner.com/art/rho-durban-july-handicap.html) (South Africa), the Hong Kong Cup (http://www.racehorseowner.com/art/rho-hong-kong-cup.html) (Hong Kong, naturally), or the Melbourne Cup (http://www.racehorseowner.com/art/rho-melbourne-cup.html) (Australia) the odds are good that somewhere in the world a major horse race is right around the corner. And we didn't even mention the race for the Triple Crown, The Breeders Cup Classic (http://www.racehorseowner.com/art/rho-the-breeders-cup-classic.html), or the Dubai World Cup (http://www.racehorseowner.com/art/rho-dubai-world-cup.html), arguably the biggest drawcards in racing. We review most major USA horse racing (http://www.racehorseowner.com/usa-horse-racing.asp) meetings.
Most major sportsbooks feature comprehensive racebooks as well, particularly those sportsbooks based in the UK and Europe although offshore companies like Bodog, VIP, and Sportsbook are all renowned for their horse racing betting markets. There are also specialist websites like Youbet.com that offer the same service.
Have a look around and enjoy our horse racing feast of information.

Moonbi Galloper Easy To Follow Story by Gary Crispe (javascript:updateabout())
Monday, 30 March 2009: Honest galloper Blinkin Easy looks weighted to be in the finish of today's TD's Paint Place Tamworth Cup Prelude (race 5).
Prepared by Ruth Cooper just north of the country music capital at Moonbi, Tamworth would officially be the gelding's home track and with a good record there looks hard to beat over the 1200m journey today.
The gelding has had a long but successful campaign, which includes three wins, and continues to race well.
After finishing fourth in the Inverell Cup over 1400m he tackled the Glen Innes Cup over the same journey.
He returned to winning form in that race, scoring a head win over Our Gangster.
He then had three weeks between runs before dropping back to 1300m at Armidale, where he settled just off the pace but loomed up out wide in the straight.
He worked to the line strongly but just missed out, finishing a nose second behind Next Adventure.
Back up to 1440m on heavy ground in the Walcha Cup, he raced just off the lead before moving up before the bend and taking the front.
From there he kept going, running away with a four lengths win over Tige.
He then backed up a week later over a mile in the Quirindi Cup, on slow ground, where he settled third and a shade wide, turned there, and battled home fairly to finish fourth, beaten 3.3 lengths, behind Mynedi Mine.
Cooper has given the gelding a month between runs as he drops back to 1200m, but he looks well placed as he meets a field rated a few lengths easier.
After the claim for Timothy Bell he drops to 55.5kg and he has drawn ideally in barrier two, where he will sit just off the pace.
He has a win and a placing from two tries at the track and has seven wins from 1000m to 1440m but surprisingly is yet to strike one at the 1200m journey.
Today could be the day.
Local trainer Sue Grills has a strong hand in the race with Top Beat and topweight Little Shrek.
Top Beat looks a big improver here after a solid return in town against tougher grade.
The gelding, with an excellent record on his home track, finished fifth in the Moree Cup at the end of a long campaign before going for a decent break.
After finishing third in a trial he resumed in town on the Kensington track at Randwick, where he settled last and was there throughout before running on late to finish eighth behind Emotional Outburst.
Today he meets a field rated a couple of lengths easier but carries the same weight.
While he is yet to win fresh-up, second-up his record is much better with two wins from five starts.
At the track and distance he has started three times for two wins and a placing and he is expected to prove hard to hold out today.
Stablemate Little Shrek is the class runner in the race and with an excellent fresh-up record should also prove hard to hold out.
The seven-year-old spend his days in far tougher grade than he meets today but hasn't won for almost two years.
He has spent a lot of time on the sidelines, though, including a year off until resuming last winter over 1100m at Rosehill when a solid sixth.
He then had only one more start, finishing sixth again but this time over 1000m at Eagle Farm where he spotted a big start and ran on late behind Simplest.
That was last August and he resumes here after finishing runner-up in a trial here last month.
Fresh-up he has four wins and a placing from seven starts and also has an excellent record at the distance.
Despite his big weight he should be powering home.
Pants Man has been freshened after tiring over the final stages in the Guyra Cup last start over 1400m.
The gelding meets an easier field this time and back over 1200m should give a big sight.
Mosso raced at Armidale last start and made late ground in the heavy conditions to finish fourth.
He is much better in top of the ground and is worth including in the multiples.
