Able Choice has been entered in a Class 2 over 1200m at Sha Tin on Saturday. If he is over his Australian exertions and has made the same sort of progress as stablemate Anabatik, then he could go all the way to the top. He was clearly superior to Anabatik and all the other griffins last year. At his first couple of runs here, he ran great races behind Bel Esprit and Innovation Girl (and he hadn't had a break since his initial HK campaign). He trained off after that, and his failures are best forgotten.
He should cream them on Saturday, despite being up against a couple of handy types in Forte and Flying Machine.
