DEAD: Legend Of Wei Hai collapsed and died (Race 5).
lost a bit of money on that one but not too often you would hear that excuse for one's horse losing.

Odd that 3 horses entered for this meeting are now dead.
Mentor - Legend Of Wei Hai - Joker's Wild.
Mentor broke down in a gallop a couple of days before the meeting; Legend Of Wei Hai collapsed after the race; Joker's Wild got loose on his way over to the saddling area and was so badly hurt they had to put him down also.

Thats very very sad. Horses are such lovely creatures that its tierrible when they hurt themeselves or push themselves too hard.
I wonder if the weather has anything to do with some of these things. I did hear a little bit of thunder around...my dog hates the thunder ( sensitive ears...and realy packs it) ...that might have been why Jokers Wild got away and also why Legend Of Wei Hei had a heart attack.
Lyle had a heart attack at Roshill one day after thunder and a bit of lightning about...Im sure his p[oor old heart had already been going at a thousand miles an hour before they raced. He dropped dead after the winning post.

I was wondering what happened to Legend Of Wei Hei as I was cursing his poor performence.
I'll take back those words angrily muttered and direct them at Touch Of Class instead.
